How to do without potatoes? After all, it is for many staple food. Many nutritionists believe that the potato is responsible for rapid weight gain, that it is harmful to health. Well, if you eat it every day, besides fried with lots of butter, then perhaps the way it is. However, new research has shown that trace elements contained in the potatoes, if used correctly, not only does not harm health, but also reduce blood pressure! I do not know to believe in this research or not, but from potatoes, I never give up, especially the roast:)
